Terms & Conditions


 
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter reffered to as “you”) with Matilda Åberg (hereinafter reffered to as “Matilda Åberg”, at the Matilda Åberg website or mobile website (jointly reffered to as “matildaaberg.com”).
By using matildaaberg.com and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing an order.
 
Shipping
 
Shipping within Europe.
 
Deliveries within Sweden
66 SEK (+147 SEK for registered post/trackable)
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days using PostNord and will be delivered either to your address or the nearest PostNord Service Point within 1-3 business days. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Matilda Åberg. If a delivered package is not collected, you will be charged for the shipping fee.
Please note that if you choose to send a parcel not using registered post, Matilda Åberg will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost parcels.
 
All orders within Stockholm can be picked up in person as an option at check-out.
 
Deliveries within Europe
90 SEK (+195 SEK for registered post/trackable)
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days using Swedish postal service PostNord and will be delivered to either to your address or your nearest Postal Service Point within 2-5 business days. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Matilda Åberg. If a delivered package is not collected, you will be charged for the shipping fee.
Please note that if you choose to send a parcel not using registered post, Matilda Åberg will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost parcels.
 
Please note that shipping times may take longer for the time being due to Covid-19.
 
Returns
 
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and all items must be returned in the same condition as received. The packaging may be broken; however, the items need to be returned in the original packaging. You will be refunded by the same method you used to pay within 14 days of sending the return back. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment
 
All of the prices include VAT but not shipping. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.
 
Payment options are Swish or bank card (only VISA and Mastercard).
