Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Matilda Åberg (hereinafter referred to as “Matilda Åberg”, at the Matilda Åberg website or mobile website (jointly referred to as “matildaaberg.com”).

By using matildaaberg.com and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing an order.

All garments are made-to-order

All garments are made-to-order, meaning every garment is made after an order has been placed and the payment has gone through.

The website is open for orders on all garments between 27th of May 2021 until 13th of June 2021. After the website has been closed, fabrics will be ordered and garments made. Some garments like long sleeve t-shirts, tops and skirts may be made straight away when an order has been placed and shipped within 1 week. Please send an email to shop@matildaaberg.com for any questions regarding shipping times.

Please refer to the size chart when placing an order. If you have any special requirements regarding size, send an email to shop@matildaaberg.com.

Colour & Print

We try to accurately display the composition and colours of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the right colours. 

All prints are made separately on each garment and placement may vary slightly.

Shipping

Shipping within Europe.

Deliveries within Sweden

Shipping costs may vary depending on size of item and is visible at check-out.

Orders are dispatched within 1-4 weeks (depending on garment) using PostNord and will be delivered to your address or your nearest PostNord Service Point within 1-3 business days. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Matilda Åberg. If a delivered package is not collected, you will be charged for the shipping fee.

Please note that Matilda Åberg will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost parcels.

All orders within Stockholm can be picked up in person as an option at check-out.

Deliveries within Europe

104-240 SEK (Trackable)

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of item and is visible at check-out.


Orders are dispatched within 1-4 weeks after fabric has been received using Swedish postal service PostNord and will be delivered to your address or nearest Service Point within 2-5 business days. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Matilda Åberg. If a delivered package is not collected, you will be charged for the shipping fee.

Heavier packages will be sent with UPS.

Please note that Matilda Åberg will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost parcels. 

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and all items must be returned in the same condition as received. The packaging may be broken; however, the items need to be returned in the original packaging. You will be refunded by the same method you used to pay within 14 days of sending the return back. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment

All of the prices include VAT but not shipping. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

Payment options are Swish (Sweden) or bank card (only VISA and Mastercard).
